What to pack for camp?! Camp is one of the best parts of the year, and being prepared makes it even better. Use this list to make sure you have everything you need to stay comfortable, have fun, and enjoy every moment. From early mornings to late-night laughs, you’ll be glad you packed the essentials!

Packing List

  • Water bottle (name on it somewhere)

  • Bedding (can be sleeping bag or sheets and a blanket...encourage a pad)

  • Whatever aid they need to sleep comfortably: sound machine/walkman/eye cover/ear plugs

  • Pillow

  • Changes of clean clothing for Friday and Saturday

  • Jacket or sweatshirt

  • Closed toed tennis shoes (we walk a lot)

  • Flip flops

  • Hat and sunglasses

  • Swimsuit: we will be on a water slide and swimming and canoeing, please wear appropriate clothing for these activities

  • Towel

  • Scriptures

  • Flashlight or headlamp with extra batteries

  • Toiletries (toothbrush, toothpaste, deodorant, shampoo, face wash, hand towel, tampons or pads if applicable)

  • SUNSCREEN

  • Bug spray

  • Camp chair (PLEASE WRITE YOUR NAME ON IT SOMEWHERE)

  • Pen/Pencil

  • NO SECRET SISTER GIFTS NEEDED: Made at camp

  • Crochet hooks if you already have them

  • Optional: Camera, watch, alarm clock, noise machine, ear plugs, eye mask, extra bed padding, a box fan, or anything else to make their sleep more comfortable.
